Hi,
I recently purchased a house with an existing NBN connection, signed up to TPG and received a modem without any issues.
I have however, now been waiting for a couple of weeks for confirmation from TPG that my NBN service is active - during which time I have been given no information as to the likely timeframe before the service becomes active.
All I have been able to see from checking https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder is that my: "... installation is progressing. We’re working hard on getting the service available for you. We'll keep you posted on the progress!"
Not having been officially posted on the progress however, I thought I would ask a question in this forum to see what happens.
