TPG NBN service activation

have followed all instructions and troubleshooting guides. I have a connection light but no dsl/internet. Have been waiting on chatbox for support for hour, thought I would try here for a better response

I am in the same boat, my nbn installed today, lights look ok - but doesn’t seem to have internet connection either
