To add to this, still no response today. My installation status shows that a Installation Tech is coming over yesterday (he has been and set up my NBN) - I was also meant to recieve a Modem last week but never arrived, so I am using my own Modem (TP Link Archer VR900 AC1900) should work as it has a WAN port. I also tried connecting directly to HFC NBN box via ethernet but still no internet.

Hi My NBN technician set me up today but we weren’t able to connect to the internet. Using a HFC nbn box and all lights are green, router is connected and wifi is working but no internet connect ability. Username: ttukuafu

I am in the same boat, my nbn installed today, lights look ok - but doesn’t seem to have internet connection either
