TPG NBN service awaiting activation

Hi there,

 

I signed up for a TPG NBN FTTC service last Thursday, and I used my old TPG modem and NCD for FTTC before I started to use 5G broadband since I would like to go back to NBN service.

 

I then received a text message this afternoon from TPG saying the following: "TPG Important Reminder: Your NBN service is awaiting activation. You're required to connect your NBN modem".

 

When I check my installation status here: "https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder" it says the installation is still progressing.

 

I have connected the NBN modem and NCD but cannot get a connection. The NCD is showing four solid blue lights after allowing more than 20 minutes, but there is still no green internet light on the modem and my computer is still unable to access the internet.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hey, maocz. Let us look into it and activate the TPG NBN service, could you send us the account details of the NBN to better understand the situation?
