We have registered today for NBN50 plan + voice plan based on the understanding the $20 fee is a once only charge to set up. Can you please confirm this is not charged on a monthly basis. We chose $0.00 for calls only pay when we make a call.
The 3 "Voice Add-on" options are charged per month, as shown on the NBN product page. They each have different combinations of included calls.
I misunderstood. You are right. It is charged at the start to cover any calls you may make. It is topped up when it falls below some value.
