We moved house a few weeks back and we are paying for NBN 100 and the speed we where getting for the first week was 100MBs.
Over the last two weeks we are getting horrible speeds anywhere from 1.5 - 50 MBs.
We contacted support who conducted tests and could not help us. They said another department for tech support would contact us within 24hrs which did not occur.
