The latest update for your NBN-FTTC 12/1 setup is ready for you to connect some equipment, and hopefully it will automatically complete your install.
You need to do some of the install yourself.
You will need to UNPLUG ALL existing phones/modems, and setup the new NCD + MODEM to the socket.
Pay attention to the 4x blue lights on the NCD once completed.
You may check the setup guide that we've created for NBN-FTTC here.

The DSL light and the "chain" light keep flashing and clicking.
I'm quite sure we need a technician to come over because I know for a fact that 4 Oceana Street doesn't have NBN connectivity, while 2 Oceana Street does.
This house has both addresses but only one line is active at a time.
You can check this for yourself with the NBN availability checker your site provides here: https://www.tpg.com.au/nbn
I've attached an image showing number 4 Oceana Street doesn't have NBN.
And another image that shows number 2 Oceana Street does.
