Eight days since you last communictaed with me. No one from TPG has called as you arranged in your last post. Still no connection date has been advised, and clearly still no service - at all. It's now 6 weeks since I bought the TPG NBN service, and still waiting to be connected.
Please urgently advise your next action to take to rectify this,
