Terrible Service - I want a refund!!!

TPG never turned up to my NBN installation. Never even notified me or contacted me. I had to wait 5 hours on a chat line to find out what was going on only to be told I had to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment. I'd already waited over a week for the initial one. When I tried to see what alternatives could be offered i was hung up on / chat ended. Now I can't even get a hold of any one to lodge a complaint and cancel my account. TPG were very quick to take my money but anything else is painful. 

 

I've already left a negative review online and will continue to until someone gets in touch with me. Absolutely horrible experience. A telecommunications company that can'tcommunicate!

Still no response from TPG 28 hours after they missed the install appointment.

Still no contact from TPG after being told countless times I'm being transferred to a "manager" only to be hung up on. What a joke of a company. I've emailed cancel@tpg.com.au and suggest that everyone else do the same.
