What are the requirements for NBN installation? Do they need to access the house ? Or is it external in a townhouse setting?

Can someone check this for our location?

Most of times NBN Technician need to access your properly but please send me your details so i can check based on which type nbn service will be available to your place.

Hi Jack,

I have checked your address and based on nbn planned technology is  NBN FTTB service so nbn technician require to access MDF( Main Distribution  Frame ) room sometimes its called Communications room usually it might be inside meter room/Switch room so you require to oraganise access for it. Most of all time technician have a std key to access it but sometime some building use private lock so make sure it is accessible better to ask strata for it to avoiding delay of installation. NBN Technician also require to jumper your line from your socket to mdf so he  also need access of your premise.
