I made a request last week for moving home and requesting for tpg nbn connection to be moved to my new address. I have received this email ”We are pleased to inform you that your NBN Bundle application (Customer ID: 6303245) has progressed.
Activation for your service has now been confirmed: NBN Technology: NBN Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) Your NBN service is due to be activated within 2 working days. You are not required to be home for the installation.”
Been three days now n still no connection. I get same response that it is being remotely activated.. but today it has been a nightmare. Calls to TPG are either hung up or purposely kept in waiting for 30 mins n more on the pretext of transferring to case manager.
Can you guys please let me know when will I get my connection activated.
