Trouble getting started

New customer. Already had a nbn box and modem. Set them all up with all blue lights on the nbn box but no internet thru the modem. It is a tp-link A/C1600v. Any thoughts

Welcome to the community! Thanks for raising this to us.

No internet light means that the modem/router's internet setting is no properly configure or it failed the auto configuration.

You may try to factory reset the modem/router by doing this the modem will re-try to perform auto-configure, if still the same you may manually configure the modem by following this article.
