URGENT!! Moving Home, connect NBN this Friday

Hi, My customer ID is 5906932. I need to move home and connect NBN at new address as soon as possible. I already applied online, but no people response me, i did not receive the new router for NBN. And on your website, it shows error code <E:sqcsp:fail> at the last page for the application, ask me to call you. But no people to answer me. I tried to use chat support, but no response. I am going to move in this weekend, 18th Apr. Please install the NBN before that. thanks.

I can confirm your case has been escalated, however I need to advice some delays on the nbn install due to COVID19, we will update you when the date is closer.
