*URGENT* NBN Plan Cancellation Request since 28/03/2020

I made a request a few weeks ago to cancel my NBN service from 28/03/2020, however have yet to receive a response. Made attempt via support chat, email, and phone call however the phone support has been limited.


I urgently need my account NBN plan to be cancelled ASAP, as I am no longer needing the internet and refuse to pay any bill from April 2020! TPG is by far the poorest internet service provider in terms of customer service and support. Not very happy with the service and for being non-contactable
