Unable to change plan online and on app

Hi Karl
need to change the plan but unable to do it online ( tried 15 times since yesterday but same error ) contacted chat room 2 times yesterday and 3 times today no one can help. contacted telephone number 1300 865 124- recorded message no one is answering.

Hi @dumindasudath 

    You plan  change has been processed, and you are on unlimited 12/1Mbps plan now 

kindly restart your NBN bundle,

Thanks, Heaps, for promptly helping Rajan, you restored my faith on TPG which I completely lost yesterday after speaking with many support staff.
