Get online support
My interntet connection has been on and off for the last 36 hours. I just switch less than a month ago to TPG. My previous internet provided never had this issue.

I've managed to locate your account and based on the results of the tests, there were multiple drop outs on the connection however we are yet to determine the cause.
I have raised the issue to our Engineering team thus kindly allow them sometime to investigate the issue further. They should be able to provide an update within the next 24hrs.
