I have a very unstable connection and can't seem to get consistent speeds. I was hoping someone could help resolve the broken pit out the front that is causing this? NBN came out and put a temporary cover over the pit but they have not fixed or upgraded it and its constantly flooding. My neighbour built an illegal car park over the nature strip which I think was part of the reason this has started to cause problems. Can someone help?
