Hi there, I've been waiting quite a while to receive an email containing a new number for my LAN phone and to activate my NBN plan but still nothing. I was promised 6-7 days and it's been 8. We paid around the 14th of June and it's now the 2nd of July. This is not an acceptable period of time to wait.

Thank you Reizl. I'm very confused as to what the delay is. Some information regarding this could be appreciated. TPG is the third company I've attempted to gain NBN with, Dodo and iiNet stuffed around too much. I've been without internet for longer than a month and this is upsetting. Any expediency you can grant to this situation will be appreciated. I just want to surf the web. It's not an unusual or complex request..
