Get online support
Today I upgraded from the NBN25 plan to the NBN50 plan and my speeds have become remarkebly worse, I'm now only getting 9mb/s download and a poor 600-700kb/s upload (less than 1MB!)
Have run speed tests in different locations around the house and all the same, need to get this fixed ASAP. I have tried re-setting my modem, no change to speeds
