Hi ,

I have ADSL connection from TPG. On Monday 8th July I am changing to FTTN NBN connection from TPG. I want to continue using D Link Taipan AC 3200 Router. I dont need VOIP Phone. What do I need to do to keep using my existing router.

Regards

Hi @atulrastogi67

Welcome to the Community!

I did a research on the modem you're using and we found a guide from Dlink providing the steps.

Note: We will not be liable to the guide link that we will provide as it is not from our official TPG website. It's still your own discretion if you will use this as a guide or not.

Here's the link that shows the step-by-step guide to configure a Dlink AC3200 (model: DSL4320L).

Your other option, of course is to contact Dlink's support for assistance.

Here are the settings that you will need during the configuration:

VLAN: Enabled

VLAN ID: 2

Connection Type: PPPoE

Username: Your TPG username

Password: Your TPG account password

Hi Shane,

Thanks a lot for your help. I could successfuly connect to the internet. Setup Wizard for modem could not connect to internet. I had to go into advanced settings to have VLAN enabled and VLAN ID as 2. It also asked for VLAN priority which I kept at zero.

I could not have done it without your help.

Thanks
