Cheap phone and internet nbn plan for Scout Hall

Hi I run a Scout Group in Belair South Australia.
The ADSL has been disconnected from the area
All we need is a cheap NBN plan with few gig of data and a phone.
I contacted TPG residential sales and they said I had to call TPG Business
I sent a contact request via the business section and they didnt reply
I sent a snail mail to the mail to TPG sales and havnt had a reply
Can you please advise the cost including modem to put on a cheap NBN plan at our Scout Hall including a phone in the Name of the Scout Group.
