My NBN service application (Customer ID: *******) has progressed on 18th July 2022. NBN Modem install at my home on 22/07/22. BUT STILL I DON'T HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION. 
Talk to the sales manager, ( Is was just wasting time) she didn't have any answers and no help at all. 
My next appointment to install NBN service has been re-scheduled to 29 sept. 
Three months to get internet in first world? I felt I don't live in Australia but Turkmenistan.

We've deleted the customer ID on your recent post and we strongly recommend to send your TPG account details privately to us. We are able to check on your order status and determined that the install issue has been discussed with you by one of our case manager. He is closely monitoring your account and any updates will be communicated with you whenever it becomes available.
