I'm not unreasonable & understand we are all in unchartered territory. I'm on a NBN50 plan & would be happy if I had half that speed, even a quarter as long as it was stable.
But trying to work from home with 2 kids trying to complete their schoolwork with constant dropouts is impossible.
IF YOU CANT SUPPORT THE SERVICES YOU SUPPLY YOU SHOULD GET OUT OF THIS BUSSINES.
3 weeks of constantly trying to log a "chat" & being told to try again is unacceptable.
