I have paid for an NBN service to be installed at the end of April. I noticed that it could take up to a month for installation. TPG has already took a month fee, did I just pay for TPG internet that I haven't used?

your billing cycle will start once your service is activated by one of our Technician unless any building cabling issue, I am able to see that installtion is underprogress for TPG FTTB service, one of Technician will come to your place for MDF Jumpering for it. you will be advised for appointment date and time as well.
