What is wrong with my activation

Apparently my service has an issue an i have been waiting over 2 weeks.

I rang earlier and had the lady hang up on after patching me through to support.

You cant blame this on covid19 the technician is no where near a human being when fixing or activating a line so what is the problem why have i not recieved internet yet?
