My NBN was installed a week after I joined and they still took the next payment 4 weeks from the day I first applied and paid to join which I considered to be a week early.

If this is the case why was I charged after only 3 weeks of connection?

TPG debit a week to ensure account do not expire.

 

Consumers can view their invoices and billing statement online anytime at https://www.tpg.com.au/home/myaccount 

 

Are you able to PM us your customer ID or username so that I may look through your records to assist you accordingly?
