When will my service be connected?

I still cant get a green internet light on my modem, and the nbn connection box also wont go online?  My service should be activated, what is the issue?

Hi Bryan,

 

Customer ID is 6798074.  I tried resetting the nbn connection Arris box, but that didnt work.
