Where is the nbn

I got a msg on tuesday(2-6-20) saying that my nbn will be installed on friday(5-6-20). Between 7am-2pm.
No one came..
Ive been trying to contact tpg from 3pm.
1. I was told i would get a call back, they did but when i ask they just hung up on me.
2. Try online suport, they labled me as urgent call back but the Wrong person called me back.. and tansfered me.
3. Now Ive been on hold for 2 hours.

Sorry about the delay on NBN installation,

I contact NBN regarding your matter, on 05-06-2020 when the tech was doing the installation on the network, found a severe fault on NBN network, your case manager will update about your next appointment
