Why has my installation been cancelled?!?! (7XXXXXXX)

I received an email that my NBN Installation: (7XXXXXX) has been cancelled? I have never cancelled anything and now calling and calling and can't get through.

Upon checking, there's no need for a tech visit as your address is confirmed for remote activation. 

 

Could you please confirm if you have received the modem?
