TPG confirms NBN Techician to attend home to fix problem as a result of the work done by NBN outside. On the day of the appointment the NBN Technician declares to TPG a "health and safety" issue at this addres.
Hours on TPG chat, advised our address is under COVID quarantine and is in lock-down for 14 days ... news to me????
NO WE ARE NOT. NO QUARANTINE. NO LOCKDOWN!!!
Where is NBN getting this information .... no-one knows.
When will TPG ask NBN are simple question i.e. when will the NBN technician will come ... no-one knows.
Who at TPG or NBN knows about the (COVID LIST) of homes that are under lock-down .... no-one knows.
No-one will get paid this month either, it's a huge bloody mess.
ACCC complaint lodged today.
