The equipment has been shipped and based on the latest log from Star track they attempted to deliver the equipment however unsuccessful. I sent you the consignment number we recommend to contact Star track directly for further instruction.

Hi Shane, I have contacted StarTrack who tell me it should have be delivered to my local post office. They are not sure where the package is located at the moment.

Are you able to follow up with them or send another modem?
