Our Engineering team was able to resolve the issue and we have also detected that your internet is now up and running.
If you are unable to connect to your Wi-Fi, please make sure that the Wi-Fi button on your modem is turned on.
Furthermore, since a reset was done on the modem, kindly check if the default Wi-Fi is the one showing as available. Default Wi-Fi name & password can be found at the back of the modem.
