bad service

no one back to me from plan change team since Sunday. it has been 3 days and we CANT USE INTERNET TO WORK at all!

i spent hours and hours waiting on the phone to try to talk to someone to get the problem fixed.  I have been with TPG for over a decade. How can you treat your customers like that?????
