did not get my Network Connection Device for FTTC

i did not get and nor do i have a NCD suitable for FTTC. can someone explain what i need to do to get one

Upon checking, your address is classified by NBN Co. as Service Class 32, which means that it's NBN Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) serviceable and an NBN technician is required to connect the line outside and install the Network Connection Device (NCD).

Kindly await further updates via email regarding the installation date and NBN technician appointment.
