I have just cahnged from Telstra to TPG on NBN,internet conected wi-fi working .

Now trying to conect to Netfix (smart tv wireless) once new wi-fi address selected it asks for "ENCRYPTION CODE ) WHERE DO I FINDE THAT CODE please.

Since you are trying to connect your Smart TV via WiFi, the encryption code should be the WiFi password of your modem. Have you tried it?
