evening speed and modem firmware for new nbn installation

i have nbn installed this afternoon. the initial test was about 43mbps ( 50 plan) in the afternoon and earlier evening. but after 20:30, the speed has dropped  to around 25 to 33 mbps. and even slower at 21:15.  I have also checked my tpg modem's firmware, please see the attached, it there a newer version? what could be the issues for slower speed in the peak evening hours?

From our system, I can see you are getting good sync speed in your NBN 50 plan. You can also check your speed test from tpg mobile apps. You can download  from https://www.tpg.com.au/services/tpg-app.
