I recently registered with tpg for a home bundle, they told me that my area is nbn ready and everything is fine I waited a week to only send the modem alone I tried connecting it but I can't connect rj45 data connector to an f type coaxial connector I need an nbn connection box could you pls schedule an installation appointment I have been calling the customers service for the last 14 days no one is answering very disappointed.
