Installation Problems

Hi
I got the NBN modem and NCD yesterday, plugging them both in correctly and waited the required 30min, after that didn’t work I then plugged them into a different wall socket, that also didn’t work. I have also plugged it in and left it for 24hrs that hasn’t worked either. The problem seems to be coming from the NCD, it just stays flashing blue on the second symbol. I have tried contacted support but couldn’t get through. Can you suggest a fix?

Has TPG sent you a message saying to connect your NBN equipment?

I’ve had a message on how to instal the modem but no message to connect. When will this be sent to me?

I don't have access to TPG's admin so can't tell you. Probably they send the equipment a few days ahead of notification message. I would expect before the end of the week, maybe.
