Hi I got the NBN modem and NCD yesterday, plugging them both in correctly and waited the required 30min, after that didn’t work I then plugged them into a different wall socket, that also didn’t work. I have also plugged it in and left it for 24hrs that hasn’t worked either. The problem seems to be coming from the NCD, it just stays flashing blue on the second symbol. I have tried contacted support but couldn’t get through. Can you suggest a fix? ... View more
