internet outage

Hi,

 

I contacted TPG in late December with outage problems. We did everything we could on the phone and it was agreed to have a technician out here. I never arranged it because I fell sick and had other personal issues.  Now I need the internet to function as best as possible like so many people.

 

Can I have someone out to check on the recurring outage problems that were evident way before COVID19?
