Hello, my modem was posted last Friday on 13 March but didn't arrive. On investigation I found that it had been returned to the holding facility for 'insufficient address'. Apparently the address on the parcel was 12 /90 Mount Street when it should have been A12/90 xxx xxxx. I would be grateful if the modem could be sent again to xxxxxxx xxxx /90 xxxxx4 The postman should have known our address but he might have been new. The NBN installer has been and now because I don't have the correct modem I cannot get onto the internet. I would be grateful if this could be resolved as soon as possible so that I can access the internet. The tracking number, if you need it is xxxxx. xxxxxx
