moving home NO CONNECTION

Requested to moving to a house that already has nbn which should be fast in installation. Moving fee paid. No connection since last week. id : 6589360

customer support keep transfer me to other department where they don't reply.

I mistakenly relocate from that address to the other one. but I have requested a relocation back on 17th to the address I mentioned above.
