nbn FTTC failed to connect

Hi

 

Received the sms confirmation to connect. Upon connecting as instructed, the NBN box lights #2&3 are continuously flashing and the internet light on the router has not lit up. Please help/resolve asap. Thanks

   It seems Telstra bypassed NBN from pit, 

So arranged NBN tech to your home
