nbn got cancelled

ask to cancel my nbn installation because previous tenets agreed to transfer account but told me after i applied for new nbn. but turns out because i applied for nbn the old account got cancelled anyways so i decided not to cancel my installation. installation was booked for friday and confirmed it. now i received a email that my application was canceled and have tried to ask why have this happen. will not be happy if installation doesn’t happen friday :/
