i was wondering if there is an update on our nbn installation, a technician came to our address and couldnt do the pre installation due to complications, just wondering how long we have to wait further for nbn

We chased this with our NBN Provisioning Team and arranged them to contact you to provide installation update. Expect a call between 10-12NN NSW tomorrow. Let us know how it will go.
