today the 2-4-20 someone from nbn was supposed to come to my place and connect me up to nbn between the time off 1300 to 1700 nobody arrived i was actuly home all day you send out text messages beforehand to make sure somebody will be home threaten me with $109 charge if nobody is home and you dont hold up your end off the bargain so i say to you if im not connected by saturday i want $109 off you get back to me asap as a phone call from someone today would have been nice
