We have received our new NBN package FTTC have connected it but have no internet light appearing on the modem. We have followed the instruction but as per the instruction video it talks about a message from TPG to advise us to plug in the modem, which we did not receive. But while online last night and web chatting for close to 2 hours no one mentioned that had we received the message all we got was it our internet connection or some other excuse. And as we are required to work from home we have no NBN we require this as a matter of urgency. We need connection to the NBN
