new NBN ( fttc) is not working ( #4739203)

Dear TPG Support officer,


Yesterday I received 2 devices ( NCD and modem) after waiting for nearly 4 months. Super excited to receive them. After connecting them as suggested, only one blue light became solid after. second one keeps flickering.After calling TPG, support officer advise me to switch back to ADSL2and logged a ticket with NBN to arrnage a technician visit to fix the issue.

When I switched back to ADSL2, now that also stoped working. I called again TPG support officer, he said nothing can be done we have to live without internet until Friday.


I am working from home and my daughter is studying remotely. She has assignments due this week.


I called TPG support again today to escalate and spoke to a case manager. She suggested to wait she will check with NBN. 


Can TPG do something to expedite the matter to resolve the situation for us ?
