All tests are passing on the NBN portal for your NBN-FTTN Service.
We can also see your modem is authenticated for 17hrs.
You may need to troubleshoot your wifi connections, and try connected a device direct to the LAN ports to see if things are working.
If not, can you please describe what exactly is wrong.
