I had TPG NBN phone bundle installed March 11th porting my phone number was to take 1 to 5 business days
TPG tech asked me to call Telstra and ask why Telstra refused porting my number I called Telstra and they said they cannot refuse porting! round in circles.
7 weeks later still not ported still can’t receive phone calls
Called back numerous times and keep being asked to wait 24 to 48hrs for a reply and as usual no replies.
Is there someone there that can see it through and not pass the buck.
